Celebrate the Holidays Greek Style: GAIA Unveils Festive Season Menu This December

This December, GAIA restaurant welcomes guests to experience the festive season through the lens of Greek hospitality and vibrant flavors, offering a unique holiday menu crafted to bring family and friends together. Founded by Evgeny Kuzin and acclaimed Chef Izu, GAIA will feature seasonal specials from December 1st to January 7th, complementing its signature à la carte selections with dishes that embody the warmth and tradition of Greek holiday dining.

The culinary team at GAIA has curated a selection of festive dishes, each designed to capture the heart of the season and highlight Greek ingredients and techniques. The Pilafi Me Carabineros, for example, celebrates Greece’s coastal heritage with Carabineros rice, delicately baked in a rich stock with fresh tomatoes. Meanwhile, the Kotopoulo sto Alati, a salt-crusted whole chicken, is accompanied by a luxurious truffle jus and freshly shaved truffle, blending comfort with sophistication. For a hearty, earthy twist, the Arnisios Lemos Fricase pairs tender, slow-cooked lamb neck with artichoke and celery. For dessert, the Pagoto Baklava me Tsoureki, combining baklava crumble, tsoureki, honey, and cinnamon, provides a festive finale that echoes the sweet traditions of Greek holidays.

Beyond the dishes, GAIA’s atmosphere draws inspiration from Aegean culture, weaving together elements of history and design to create a welcoming, immersive experience. Bright interiors and intricate décor pay homage to Greece’s timeless spirit, inviting guests to immerse themselves in Greek culture and hospitality.

Adding to the festive charm, GAIA will gift guests with Melomakarona and Kourabiedes, traditional Greek Christmas cookies, as a seasonal gesture of warmth and celebration.
