Akira Back, the contemporary Japanese restaurant at W Dubai The Palm, has partnered with the Dubai Chefs Collective to serve an extraordinary culinary experience on May 25.
This one-night-only event at the Michelin Guide Restaurant will serve a specially curated menu, cooked up from the collective minds of Akira Back’s Chef Giovanni, and the Collective’s Chef James Knight Pacheco and Chef Carlos de Garza.
Guests are promised a unique gastronomic journey featuring dishes crafted with a range of fresh and exciting flavours, with textures that tantalize the taste buds. A sampling of the varied dishes includes the In Season salad with delectable whipped stracciatella, Garum Beef Tartare garnished with roasted capsicum and Borage flowers, Hamachi Pizza with special beetroot cure, a seafood twist to Domi Puri, Hokkaido scallops dish called The Pearl, and a juicy Wagyu brisket in the dish called The Fields.
