Rove Hotels and IRTH Group have unveiled HQ by Rove, the Middle East’s first standalone hospitality-branded office concept, designed to merge work, life, and play into one seamless experience. The inaugural project in Business Bay, Dubai, offers fully furnished, modular office spaces with lifestyle-driven amenities, creating a dynamic environment for modern professionals. With panoramic views of Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Canal, the development promises a workspace unlike any other in the region.

Inspired by Rove’s signature vibrancy and IRTH Group’s forward-thinking approach, HQ by Rove redefines the traditional office environment. The spaces blend the comfort and warmth of hospitality with Grade-A commercial efficiency, offering an atmosphere where productivity and personal wellbeing coexist effortlessly. Smart technology, bold design, and community-focused areas ensure that every aspect of work life is carefully considered.

The development features two distinct office collections: Modular Offices and the premium Lofts Collection. Modular offices provide adaptable spaces with private outdoor courtyards, while the Lofts offer double-height interiors with built-in conveniences such as walk-in closets, pantries, and rest areas, delivering the perfect balance between functionality and lifestyle. Both concepts cater to businesses seeking flexibility, modern design, and a statement address.

Beyond private workspaces, HQ by Rove offers expansive shared areas that foster collaboration, networking, and creativity. Double-height communal zones feature meeting rooms, acoustic pods, reading nooks, and versatile event spaces. A vertical café delivers barista-crafted beverages directly from the elevator, ensuring that refreshment and social moments are always within reach.

The office complex is designed as a holistic work-life ecosystem. Spanning over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor spaces, amenities include the floating treehouse cabins, The Block food hall, an on-site amphitheatre, and curated wellness zones. Professionals can access gyms, spinning studios, padel and basketball courts, indoor lap pools, jacuzzis, and Zen gardens, all fostering a vibrant and balanced office lifestyle.

Paul Bridger, Chief Operating Officer at Rove Hotels, notes, “HQ by Rove provides modern professionals with everything they need to thrive in one place, offering unparalleled flexibility, functionality, and community.” Osman Celiker, CEO of IRTH Group, adds, “HQ by Rove reflects how we believe workspaces should feel in the future—integrating hospitality, thoughtful design, and community into commercial spaces, setting new standards for Dubai and beyond.”

By integrating with Rove’s lifestyle ecosystem, HQ by Rove tenants enjoy exclusive benefits across Rove Hotels and co-working access at other Rove locations. This pioneering concept establishes a new benchmark for office spaces in the region, redefining the future of work with hospitality-led innovation, thoughtful design, and a thriving community at its core.
