Dubai becomes the first city in the Middle East to host two Rolls-Royce showrooms, as the marque unveils its new global visual identity in the region and places Bespoke commissioning at the centre.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has deepened its presence in the Middle East with the opening of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Dubai City Walk, a new luxury showroom that reflects the marque’s evolving identity as a true House of Luxury.

The inauguration, attended by Chief Executive Chris Brownridge, marks a significant milestone: Dubai is now the first city in the region to host two Rolls-Royce Motor Cars showrooms. Alongside its established Sheikh Zayed Road location, the new City Walk address underscores the emirate’s enduring importance to the brand — and its continued strength in Bespoke commissions by value.
A Contemporary Expression of Rolls-Royce
Situated at City Walk, one of Dubai’s most prestigious open-air lifestyle and high-end retail destinations, the showroom introduces Rolls-Royce Motor Cars’ new global visual identity to the region.

The space has been conceived as immersive yet intimate — designed to resonate with a younger, self-made and distinctly individual clientele. Natural light, architectural openness and a carefully orchestrated flow of rooms guide clients through environments intended for both social exchange and quiet reflection. A speakeasy-style bar adds an unexpected layer of informality, encouraging relaxed conversation within a highly curated setting.
Materiality plays a defining role. Tactile finishes, contemporary detailing and integrated digital technologies create a dialogue between heritage craftsmanship and modern luxury. The result is an environment that invites discovery while remaining unmistakably Rolls-Royce.
Bespoke at the Centre
If the ground floor sets the tone, the upper level defines the purpose.
At the heart of the showroom lies the Bespoke Commissioning Atelier — an immersive creative sanctuary designed for privacy and extended collaboration. Here, clients are invited to explore the full spectrum of Rolls-Royce Bespoke possibilities, from leathers and wood veneers to embroidery threads, materials and finishes.

A curated Cabinet of Curiosities presents objects and material inspirations that stimulate conversation and imagination. The atelier’s expansive layout allows clients to engage deeply with designers, shaping a motor car that reflects personal narratives and individual expression.
As James Crichton, Regional Director of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Middle East & Africa, notes, the City Walk showroom embodies the marque’s evolution into a true House of Luxury — a space where Bespoke is not simply offered, but thoughtfully experienced.
Reinforcing Dubai’s Position as a Global Luxury Capital
For Mamdouh Khairallah, Director for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Dubai, the second showroom represents a natural progression in serving a discerning regional clientele. While both Dubai locations continue to cater to established patrons, City Walk has been purposefully designed as a destination centred on commissioning and personalisation.

The opening reinforces Dubai’s standing as a global centre for luxury, craftsmanship and individual expression — values that align closely with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars’ philosophy.
More than a retail space, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Dubai City Walk stands as a statement of intent: a setting created not only to showcase extraordinary motor cars, but to inspire imagination, celebrate individuality and elevate the Bespoke client journey in the Middle East.
