This Diwali, Punjab Grill—the award-winning Indian fine-dining destination—transforms the season of light into a luminous culinary celebration. From 18 to 26 October 2025, both the Anantara Downtown Dubai and The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi outlets unveil a chef-curated à la carte menu that honours India’s rich gastronomic heritage while adding a contemporary sparkle. Elegant, indulgent, and alive with colour, every dish is designed to capture the joy of the festival through taste and texture.

Guests visiting on 20 October will be greeted with a gesture of sweetness—a complimentary dessert created by Punjab Grill’s culinary artisans. It’s a fitting highlight for a dining experience that balances tradition and modernity in perfect measure. To add to the festivities, guests booking through Zomato, EazyDiner, or Careem Dine Out can enjoy exclusive discounts, while larger gatherings of six or more can join Roll Baby Roll, a playful dice game offering prizes and laughter across both venues.

The Diwali menu reads like a journey through India’s finest flavours. Begin with the Deconstructed Pani Puri Sphereand the vibrant Heirloom Tomato Chaat with Avocado, or savour indulgent bites such as Lobster & Malabar Pepper Tartlet. From the tandoor come inventive creations including Rosewood-Smoked Prawn with Kasundi Emulsion, Charcoal-Smoked Lamb Galouti with Foie Gras, and the vegetarian elegance of Tandoori Wild Mushroom Seekh. Each dish reimagines classical Indian recipes with global finesse.

For mains, expect comfort wrapped in sophistication: Paneer Saagwala with Tomato Olive Naan, Morel & Chestnut Kofta in Saffron Korma, and the show-stopping Nalli Nihari with Saffron Air and Khameeri Roti. Seafood lovers can indulge in the Andhra Lobster Curry with Gunpowder Parotta—a dish that bridges coastal spice and royal indulgence. The fragrant Biryani selection, from Zaffrani Murgh Tikka to Aloo Gucchi, completes the tableau of abundance.

No Diwali feast is complete without sweetness, and Punjab Grill’s dessert artistry takes centre stage. From Mithai Reimagined – Tasting Trio to 72% Chocolate & Chai Kulfi, every finale dish pays homage to India’s dessert traditions while adding a modern sensibility. The signature Deepavali dessert is a visual and sensory celebration, echoing the festive lights outside.

Set within lavish interiors that blend regal Indian aesthetics with cosmopolitan design, Punjab Grill offers more than a meal—it offers a mood.
