Krasota Dubai’s award-winning Chef Vladimir Mukhin presents The Imaginary Art Show – a spectacular, one-of-a-kind immersive dining experience that combines haute cuisine with innovative AI-empowered visual arts. Located at The Address Downtown Hotel, Krasota Dubai is the latest dining concept from the White Rabbit Family restaurant alliance.

Krasota Dubai - Imaginary Art Show

The Imaginary Art show’s gastronomical theatre is set in an auditorium with curved walls. At its centre is a large circular table that can accommodate 20 diners. A 3D multimedia performance is projected across the curved walls and the adorned table, providing a visual feast for the eyes.

The projections feature the paintings of eight world-renowned contemporary artists from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Chef Vladimir Mukhin has created a set menu of eight courses, each dedicated to one of the artworks.

One of the highlights of the show is the dish accompanying Nicholas Roerich’s Himalayas (Blue Mountain) from 1939. Chef Mukhin has captured the essence of Roerich’s mastery of light with fragrant Artichoke Curry with a Coconut Rice accompaniment. When stirred, it reveals Roerich’s paint strokes. The hues of sunrise that set the mood in the painting are captured in the scarlet of the sweet potato and the incandescent orange of the pumpkin.

Another standout dish is the Black Cod, Plum and Fig, inspired by Ivan Aivazovsky’s The 9th Wave from 1850. The painting depicts the harrowing journey of shipwreck survivors through a storm in the Norwegian Fjords. Chef Mukhin’s impressions of the painting are captured with thin slices of plum, representing the beauty, power, and movement of the waves, while the black cod provides a salty contrast to the sweetness of the fruit.

The Imaginary Art show consists of a welcome Amuse Bouche, eight courses, and eight visual acts, with two signature drink pairings served in the intervals. The first Soirée is at 6 PM, and Second Soirée is at 9 PM.
