Kaizu Abu Dhabi, in the process of gradually expanding its new menu, has introduced a trio of delectable beef and seafood dishes to its menu. Named after the coastal Japanese city famed for its sea levees, Kaizu offers Japanese-inspired fusion cuisine.
The restaurant prides itself on welcoming creativity from its chefs and curating tasteful items from scratch. As a result, it boasts a menu with great variety and over 53 original sauces. The new menu at Kaizu Abu Dhabi was curated to appeal to an international audience, while also capturing the cultural essence of the local community. This approach enables diners from different backgrounds to enjoy Japanese cuisine in their own way.
The venue features Japanese wall art, tastefully displayed to contribute to a cosy setting. It is just as suited for family dinners as it is for a get-together with friends, business dinners or for a couples dinner. No wonder the restaurant has become a prime cultural and dining hotspot for the residents of Abu Dhabi.
Here are the three new additions to Kaizu Abu Dhabi’s menu.
Saikyo Miso Marinated Black Cod is paired with miso glazed eggplant, tangy lime, and Hajikami Shoga pickled ginger.
Grilled Beef Tenderloin Cube Cut is served with black garlic sauce and apple teriyaki. It is paired with baby pak-choi (a variety of Chinese cabbage), King Oyster mushrooms and sweet corn.
The new Grilled Tiger Prawn is meticulously cooked to perfection and adorned with Kaizu’s signature homemade Mayo.
