Zest at One&Only The Palm has reopened its doors, inviting guests to embark on a delicious Italian culinary journey with a new menu and upgraded interiors, conceptualised under the gastronomic direction of the Michelin-lauded Chef Yannick Alléno.
Introducing design elements from different Italian regions, the refurbished restaurant features garden-inspired decor of lush foliage, Tuscan-influenced terracotta pots and olive trees symbolising the Puglia region.
Central to the Italian affair is the introduction of a dedicated Pizza Bar, where an authentic pizzaiolo crafts artisanal pizzas live in front of the guests, made with the finest ingredients and traditional techniques.
In addition, diners can savour a selection of timeless dishes, including Carpaccio Di Manzo from the region of Veneto, comforting soups, and expertly prepared pasta and risottos including Tortelli Di Pollo Fatti a Mano from Campania and Paccheri Alla Ricciola from Sicilia.
Larger groups will enjoy the Tomahawk Di Manzo, serving up a Tuscan feast of 1.3kg beef tomahawk or Orata Intera Al Forno (whole sea bream) from the southwest of Italy, while seafood enthusiasts will delight in the Polpo Alla Piastra from the southeastern region of Puglia.
Zest harmonises the fare with an intentionally curated Italian wine selection designed to complement each course, elevating the dining experience, and the dessert menu offers the finishing touch with sweet treats of irresistible Il Nostro Tiramisù, Torta Caprese Al Limone and a selection of homemade ice cream and sorbets.
Zest at One&Only The Palm is open daily from 7am until 11pm.
