Commencing on 15 September, the restaurant will reopen its doors for dinner service, offering its signature blend of relaxed Aegean charm and sophisticated coastal dining against the iconic backdrop of the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.
Renowned for its breezy, Mediterranean atmosphere, Shimmers returns with a menu that celebrates the vibrant flavors of the Greek islands. Guests can expect the return of culinary favorites, including the classic Greek Salad, the indulgent Lobster Orzo, and the signature Shimmers ‘Shyros’. Complemented by the rhythmic notes of a resident DJ, percussionist, and saxophonist, the evening experience remains a quintessential Dubai shorefront ritual.
Beginning 1 October, the experience expands into the daylight hours with the resumption of lunch service. This date also marks the return of ‘An Aegean Pause’, Shimmers’ celebrated three-course business lunch. Available Monday through Thursday from 12:30 to 14:00, the curated menu is priced at AED 180 per person, providing an elegant midday retreat for those looking to savor the spirit of the Aegean by the sea.
