Dubai’s culinary scene is set to shine once more as The Arts Club Dubai partners with Kokoro, the UAE’s pioneering hand roll bar, to present an exclusive four-hands dinner on 25th September 2025. This invite-only event promises a rare fusion of contemporary Japanese precision and refined gastronomy, offering private members and their guests an unforgettable evening where bold flavours and delicate techniques intertwine.
Hosted in the elegant surrounds of ICD Brookfield Place, the event will feature two intimate seatings, each welcoming just twenty guests. The collaboration sees the culinary teams from R?hen at The Arts Club and Kokoro co-create a thoughtfully composed menu, where signature dishes such as tuna and foie gras tartlets meet hamachi and shiso delights. With each course designed to complement the other, the evening becomes a conversation of contrasts—clarity versus complexity, restraint versus richness—all tied together through meticulous craftsmanship.

Guests can indulge in a series of expertly curated plates, from maguro with pickled cucumber and ponzu to tai sashimi paired with mandarin ponzu and red yuzu koch?. The main course follows with an exquisite nigiri sequence, featuring madai, sake toro with black truffle, and A5 wagyu adorned with uni and caviar. Hand rolls add a playful, decadent touch, offering creations such as spicy akami with caviar and unagi royal that blend tradition with innovation.
For those looking to enhance the experience, an optional sake pairing—curated by boutique brewery Heavensake—offers terroir-driven nuances that mirror the refined flavours on the plate. Each sip deepens the connection between the dishes, bringing harmony to every bite. The dessert finale delights with layered compositions, including shiso raspberry sorbet crowned with sake espuma and a nostalgic crème caramel finished with Okinawan kokut?.

The event reflects The Arts Club’s mission to foster regional culinary talent and creative collaborations. Ajaz Sheikh, Group CEO, emphasizes that the Club is a hub where rising chefs and innovators converge, enriching the community through thoughtfully curated dining experiences. Similarly, Tamer El Khayat, co-founder of Kokoro, notes that the collaboration is rooted in a shared philosophy—creating extraordinary moments that celebrate both passion and precision.
More than a meal, this four-hands dinner is a journey of flavours, cultures, and craftsmanship. It invites guests to step into a world where culinary artistry is elevated beyond expectation, and where the shared experience of taste becomes a celebration of connection, creativity, and impeccable hospitality.
