Elevating the art of Indian fine dining to new heights, Armani/Amal at the iconic Armani Hotel Dubai introduces a limited-time South Indian Set Menu experience, inviting guests to explore the bold, nuanced flavours of the southern coastal regions of India. Served within the refined ambiance of the Burj Khalifa’s third floor, this curated three-course culinary journey is available daily from 6:30 PM to 11 PM for AED 400 per person.

Framed by breathtaking views of Downtown Dubai and defined by Armani’s signature minimalist elegance, Armani/Amal sets the perfect stage for a refined yet soulful dining experience. Helmed by Chef Rohit and his expert culinary brigade, the set menu captures the essence of South Indian cuisine through premium ingredients and time-honoured cooking techniques.

The experience begins with a flavour-packed selection of starters, where guests can indulge in Baby Corn Bezule—crispy and spiced to perfection, Chemmeen Pollichathu—pan-seared prawn enriched with curry leaf and mustard, and Meen Karivepillai—a coconut and ginger-marinated sea bream grilled to smoky brilliance. Also featured is Chicken 65, a beloved southern favourite reimagined with a refined touch and served with soft Malabar paratha.

For mains, the menu presents regional delicacies like Kori Gassi, a Mangalorean-style chicken curry brimming with coconut and dry chillies; Andhra Fish Curry, where sea bass is gently poached in a tangy raw mango broth; and Lamb Pepper Fry, bold and spicy, served alongside crispy dosa and coconut chutney. Vegetarian delights such as Broccolini & Asparagus Poriyal and a comforting Sambhar round out the mains, offering balance and contrast.

The meal ends on a sweet, traditional note with Adapradam, a rich rice pudding made with jaggery, coconut, and cashews—an ode to the comforting simplicity of southern Indian desserts.

Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply seeking a memorable evening out, Armani/Amal’s South Indian Set Menu promises a soulful, sensorial journey through one of India’s most flavour-rich regions—served with impeccable Armani sophistication in the heart of Dubai.
