Chef Tala Bashmi Joins Forces with Jardin Des Arts for a Limited-Edition Culinary Experience

Jardin Des Arts, the refined modern French restaurant at Address Montgomerie, has unveiled an exclusive collaboration with award-winning chef Tala Bashmi, presenting a limited-edition menu available from 30 August to 1 November. Known for her ability to reimagine classics with layered flavours and inventive pairings, Chef Tala brings her celebrated culinary philosophy to Dubai in a way that promises to captivate discerning diners.

The collaboration takes place within Jardin Des Arts’ elegant interiors and garden-inspired setting, offering guests the perfect backdrop to experience a menu that merges French culinary traditions with Tala’s contemporary artistry. “I’m delighted to be collaborating with Jardin Des Arts on this menu,” says Chef Tala. “Dubai’s dining scene is one of the most exciting in the region, and it has been a pleasure to create dishes that bring together the flavours I love with the refined style of the restaurant.”

The limited-edition menu is designed as a three-part bistro journey, where familiar French favourites are elevated with unexpected nuances. Guests can look forward to subtle surprises in both flavour and presentation, crafted with Tala’s distinctive edge and her unwavering commitment to storytelling through cuisine.

Chef Tala Bashmi has become one of the most acclaimed figures in the region’s culinary landscape. She was the recipient of the inaugural Middle East & North Africa Best Female Chef Award from MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2022 and has since garnered further recognition including the Rising Star Award and Three Knives at The Best Chef Awards, and the Estrella Damm N.A. Chefs’ Choice Award in 2025.

Her Bahrain-based restaurant, Fusions by Tala, has consistently featured on MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants list, securing its place as a culinary destination under her guidance. Beyond accolades, Tala has also been named Gastronomy Ambassador by the United Nations World Tourism Organisation, a testament to her influence in shaping regional cuisine on a global stage.

For Dubai’s gastronomes, the Chef Tala x Jardin Des Arts collaboration offers more than a dining experience—it is a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and culinary artistry. Guests will be invited to savour a series of dishes that reflect both heritage and innovation, prepared exclusively for this two-month engagement.

The menu will be available daily for both lunch and dinner, giving guests ample opportunity to discover a one-of-a-kind gastronomic journey that is destined to become one of the season’s most talked-about experiences in Dubai.
