Ciel Dubai Marina Opens with an Immersive Culinary Journey Where East Meets West

Ciel Dubai Marina, part of IHG’s Vignette Collection, is poised to redefine Dubai’s dining landscape as it opens this November — introducing an elevated culinary experience across three distinctive venues: East 14, West 13, and Nuage. As the world’s tallest hotel, Ciel transforms the Dubai Marina skyline into a canvas for flavour, artistry, and discovery, blending the spirit of global gastronomy with panoramic elegance.

At East 14, guests embark on a journey along the ancient Silk Road, where the culinary traditions of Asia and Arabia converge. This all-day dining destination offers a vibrant exploration of taste — from delicate dim sum and steaming bowls of noodles to the aromatic richness of curries and classic Arabic favourites. Mornings begin with an Asian-inspired breakfast, followed by a “Silk Road Lunch” that celebrates Pan-Asian cuisine through live cooking stations and bold, balanced flavours. As night falls, “Journey to the Orient” unfolds — a dinner experience where spice, story, and sophistication meet beneath the Marina’s sparkling skyline.

West 13 captures the elegance of European dining, elevated by the warmth of the Mediterranean. Its menu is an ode to craftsmanship and creativity, where handmade pasta meets Latin zest and coastal simplicity meets contemporary flair. Guests can savour dishes like charcoal-grilled seafood and artisanal gyros while taking in sweeping views of Palm Jumeirah — an experience that feels both indulgent and effortless.

Meanwhile, Nuage offers a breath of fresh air on the 11th floor — a serene poolside escape infused with Mediterranean grace. Here, golden sunsets meet laid-back sophistication as guests enjoy vibrant salads, grilled seafood, and refreshing cocktails. Signature evenings like “Ladies’ Night” and daily “Happy Hour” create a rhythm of connection and celebration, where Dubai’s energy meets coastal serenity.

Every restaurant within Ciel mirrors the hotel’s defining duality — where East blends with West, day melts into night, and contemporary design embraces cultural storytelling. Across its dining concepts, the hotel invites guests not merely to dine, but to experience a symphony of flavours that reflect the global spirit of Dubai itself.

Beyond its dining innovation, Ciel Dubai Marina stands as a modern marvel — 377 metres of glass and light, crowned by the world’s highest infinity pool and framed by views of the Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf. With over a thousand rooms and a design by award-winning architects NORR, the property embodies the seamless fusion of luxury, scale, and soul.

Developed by The First Group and operated by IHG Hotels & Resorts, Ciel represents a new vision of hospitality that celebrates creativity, community, and connection. As the city’s newest landmark, it offers more than spectacular views — it offers a dining and lifestyle journey designed to elevate every moment from sunrise to sunset.
