This autumn, The Peninsula London’s iconic rooftop restaurant, Brooklands by Claude Bosi, introduces a new chapter in its gastronomic story—Claude & Co, a four-hands dinner series that celebrates innovation, artistry, and the spirit of collaboration at the highest level of fine dining. Conceived by two-Michelin-starred Chef Claude Bosi, the series invites some of the world’s most exceptional culinary talents to join him in crafting one-of-a-kind tasting menus, each pairing the guest chef’s distinctive style with Bosi’s own refined approach to British produce.

The debut dinner on 16 September sees Bosi welcome celebrated British chef Thomas Straker for an evening dedicated to the very best of British game. Straker, known for his magnetic presence both in the kitchen and online, has built a career that bridges the elegance of Michelin-starred dining with the accessibility and vibrancy of modern food culture. With formative years spent at The Dorchester, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, and Elystan Street, and now as the force behind STRAKER’S and ACRE in Notting Hill—with a New York opening on the horizon—Straker brings a bold, playful energy to the table. Together, he and Bosi will curate a six-course tasting menu that moves between their respective philosophies, with each dish reflecting their shared passion for craft and flavour.
Guests will be welcomed with Deutz Champagne and delicate canapés before taking their seats at intimate tables adorned with bespoke floral creations by Flowers by The Peninsula London. Across the evening, courses will alternate between the two chefs, each plate an expression of heritage meeting innovation. To heighten the journey, The Peninsula London’s Director of Wine, Melody Wong, will pair each course with wines chosen for their ability to harmonise with the menu’s shifting moods and textures.

The series continues on 2 October, when three-Michelin-starred Norbert Niederkofler brings the alpine purity of the Italian Dolomites to Brooklands, weaving sustainability, biodiversity, and seasonality into every creation. On 11 November, Swiss-born Sven Wassmer—also holding three Michelin stars and a Green Star—joins Bosi for a celebration of modern Alpine cuisine. Each collaboration offers a singular experience, not to be repeated, making the Claude & Co series a calendar highlight for discerning diners.
Set against the panoramic sweep of London’s skyline, Brooklands by Claude Bosi is as much a celebration of British heritage as it is a temple of haute cuisine. The restaurant pays homage to the golden era of aviation and motorsport with striking artefacts, from a vintage Napier Railton race car to a gleaming scale model of the Concorde suspended above the dining room. The menu, shaped by Bosi alongside Chef de Cuisine Francesco Dibenedetto, champions the finest British ingredients through the lens of classical French technique—a philosophy that makes it the perfect stage for these collaborative dinners.

More than just a meal, Claude & Co promises an immersion into the artistry of two culinary minds working in harmony, where every course is a dialogue, every pairing a bridge between styles, and every detail—down to the flowers on the table—an act of considered elegance. For those who seek dining as both an indulgence and an inspiration, this series offers the rare chance to witness the evolution of fine dining in real time, high above the heart of the city.
