The Waldorf Astoria at Palm Jumeirah, a beacon of timeless elegance, invites guests to an Iftar experience that not only tantalizes the palate with Middle Eastern culinary classics but also honours the spirit of sustainability under the “Green Ramadan” initiative.

In the heart of this opulent oasis, guests are welcomed into the sophisticated ambience of Mezzerie. Here, the Iftar tableau unfolds with a lavish spread of delicacies, featuring an array of Arabic sweets and savoury fares.

This year, the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah embarks on a commendable journey towards sustainability, aligning with the parent Hilton group’s global commitment. The “Green Ramadan” features initiatives such as collaborations with the Dubai Food Bank for food donations, partnerships with Winnow for precise food waste measurement, and a steadfast commitment to plastic-free practices.

The culinary philosophy this Ramadan is deeply rooted in sustainable gastronomy, with a focus on locally sourced ingredients, ensuring that every dish served not only delights the senses but also respects the planet.

The culinary voyage during Iftar features live stations that offer a mesmerizing display of cheese and zaatar Saj, while the succulent Lamb Ouzi and the aromatic Arabic Mixed Grill showcase the richness of Middle Eastern cuisine. Seafood enthusiasts will revel in the grilled treasures of the sea.

The traditional Tagine dishes and Mahashi offer a taste of home-cooked warmth. The dessert selection is a homage to the region’s sweet traditions, featuring Um Ali, Kunafa, and an exquisite variety of Arabic sweets, complemented by refreshing soft drinks and fruit juices.

This Ramadan, the hotel also offers an exclusive staycation package. This bespoke experience allows guests to indulge in the luxury of the resort’s accommodations and the rich flavours of a specially curated Suhoor menu, served in the privacy and comfort of their own rooms. This personalized touch ensures that the essence of Ramadan is celebrated with intimacy.

The Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah’s Ramadan offerings are more than a feast for the senses; they are an invitation to experience the holy month in an environment that seamlessly blends luxury, tradition, and sustainability.
