Maison Dali Transforms Dining into Theatre with Immersive Tableside Experiences

Maison Dali, set within the striking Opus by OMNIYAT, redefines fine dining as performance art, where each course arrives not merely as a dish but as a spectacle. Inspired by surrealism’s dreamlike visions, the restaurant invites guests into a world where culinary creativity takes centre stage, turning every table into a stage and every bite into theatre.

Among the highlights is the indulgent Nishiawa A5 Tenderloin (AED 680), an experience that begins at the table itself. Flambéed before the guests’ eyes, the tender, buttery cut is enriched with the earthy notes of black truffle and finished with a périgourdine sauce that glistens like silk. The result is an encounter that combines sensory indulgence with the drama of fire and flair, transforming fine dining into a memory.

For a sweet finale, the Honey Toast (AED 65) brings equal spectacle, flambéed in bourbon caramel and crowned with silky crème crue. Perfect for sharing or savouring alone, it demonstrates Maison Dali’s philosophy of pairing refinement with a sense of play, where desserts become as captivating as the main stage.

The theatricality continues with the Dali Tea Trolley, a rolling ritual of rare and precious teas served directly to the table. Guests may discover Gyokuro from Wazuka, shaded for three weeks to heighten its delicate sweetness, or Mao Feng from Phoenix Mountain, infused with the floral grace of gardenia. Each sip is steeped in ceremony, with further treasures including the legendary Big Red Robe oolong from the Wu Yi Mountains and the rich, complex Shou Pu-erh from Ma Wei Mountain.

Within interiors designed to echo the surrealist spirit, Maison Dali ensures dining engages all the senses—flame, fragrance, texture, and taste combining in a carefully orchestrated experience. It is more than a meal; it is an invitation to lose yourself in a performance shaped by precision, artistry, and imagination.

Available daily, Maison Dali’s tableside experiences offer a curated journey of interactive dining, beginning at AED 65. For reservations and more information, guests may email reservations@maisondalidubai.ae or call 04 257 9554.
