Set within the opulent surroundings of Waldorf Astoria DIFC, The Artisan introduces a new three-course Business Lunch this May—an experience that blends elevated Italian cuisine with the refined pace of a midday escape. From boardroom breaks to indulgent catch-ups, the offering is designed to captivate the senses and leave a lasting impression, all within an elegant and unhurried setting.

The Artisan’s new Business Lunch transforms every afternoon into a celebration of craftsmanship and Mediterranean flair. Available Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 3 PM, it delivers a meticulously curated menu that reflects both the authenticity of Italian heritage and the restaurant’s commitment to culinary finesse. Each course is an exploration of premium ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and warm hospitality—hallmarks of The Artisan’s identity.

The journey begins with a selection of antipasti designed to awaken the palate. Guests can choose from several refined starters, each with its own story and flavor composition. The Burratina is a creamy delight, elegantly paired with beetroot tartare, fresh mint, and crunchy PGI Piedmont hazelnuts—creating a perfect harmony of texture and earthiness. Another standout is the Gnocco Fritto: golden-fried bread dough pillows filled with stracciatella cheese, complemented by delicate slices of Italian beef bresaola. It is a nostalgic yet elevated nod to Emilia-Romagna’s culinary traditions.

For those who seek a refreshing start, the Carpaccio Di Orata offers a beautifully plated seabream carpaccio enriched with basil oil, crispy capers, red chili, and a touch of mandarin dressing—a dish that dances between citrus brightness and savory depth. Alternatively, guests looking for something warm and comforting will delight in the Vellutata Di Piselli E Grana Padano, a velvety green pea soup elevated by crispy bacon, Grana Padano PDO fondue, and golden croutons. Each antipasto is not merely a prelude but an immersive moment of culinary expression.

As the meal transitions to the mains, the spotlight shifts to the richness of Italy’s diverse cuisine. The Cicatelli Ai Gamberi captures the soul of coastal Italy, featuring hand-rolled pasta mingled with succulent prawns, sweet datterino tomatoes, and a luxurious bisque sauce. Vegetarians are treated to the Polenta Al Forno, an oven-baked masterpiece that marries the creamy comfort of traditional polenta with the earthy elegance of freshly shaved black truffle.
