Inspired by the rich culinary tapestry of the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East, this limited-time offering is designed to deliver a light yet luxurious dining experience, perfect for long summer evenings in the heart of DIFC.

From 4pm to 8pm daily, guests can escape into ALAYA’s elegant setting—where creamy marble interiors meet breezy terraces—while enjoying a curated journey across bold spices, vibrant herbs, and sun-kissed ingredients. Each dish is thoughtfully composed, with both classic and contemporary touches that speak to the region’s culinary soul.
The experience begins with a selection of cold starters that awaken the palate: a silky Muhammara studded with walnuts and pistachios, a bright and zesty Fattoush Salad, and the warmly spiced Carrot Salad layered with crunchy bulgur and cool yoghurt. Hot starters continue the exploration with golden Fried Calamari dressed in harissa and za’atar, and ALAYA’s take on Potato Harra—simple, comforting, and deeply satisfying.



For the main event, guests can choose between the deeply aromatic Shish Kofte in tomato sauce, the summery Mediterranean Pasta infused with grilled eggplant and soft cheese, or the tender, herbed Shish Chicken served with vegetables.
