The Ritz-Carlton Doha Unveils the Frozé Brunch St. Tropez Edition at B-Lounge

At The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, weekends acquire a distinctly Riviera spirit as the much-loved Frozé Brunch sets sail for its newest destination: St. Tropez. A concept designed to capture the cultural allure of the world’s most coveted coastal escapes, this edition brings the romance of the French Riviera to the Arabian Gulf, where yachts glisten in the marina and the ambience evokes life at sea.

Having first launched in Okinawa, the Frozé Brunch has quickly become a collectable lifestyle experience for the city’s cosmopolitan set. The St. Tropez Edition refines the journey further, transporting guests to the Côte d’Azur with a menu that harmonises Mediterranean vibrancy and Pan-Asian finesse. It is a story of flavors as much as it is of atmosphere: an invitation to linger, savor, and celebrate in view of the water.

The culinary voyage is as evocative as the setting itself. Delicacies such as Seabass del Sol, Balfego Bluefin tuna crudo, and Charred Mediterranean octopus showcase the abundance of the sea, while the St. Tropez miso verde salad and sweet & tangy chicken reinterpret Riviera classics through a Pan-Asian lens. Each plate is not just a dish but a composition—artful, precise, and alive with the freshness of coastal living.

At QAR 350 per person, the brunch offers not just an array of courses but a carefully choreographed experience. From sushi to hot starters, from mains to indulgent desserts, the progression feels like a day at leisure along the French coast, punctuated by the textures of global gastronomy and paired with the breezy elegance of B-Lounge’s open-air setting.

The atmosphere, as ever, plays a defining role. Surrounded by the marina’s yachts and guided by a soundtrack that reflects B-Lounge’s signature identity, the space transforms into a stage for Doha’s social crowd. Stylish décor, evocative music, and refined presentation combine to capture the sense of privilege associated with the Riviera lifestyle, yet interpreted with the warmth of Qatari hospitality.
