Beluga by Gourmet House Caviar is the first and only dining experience in Dubai curated wholly around just one special ingredient – caviar. Inspired by a modern take on classic French cuisine, the menu has an impressive selection of Sturgeon caviar such as Huso Huso, Acipenser Baerii, Russian Oscietra, and Sevruga, among others.
To celebrate the 48th UAE National Day, Beluga will be serving up a patriotic twist to all visitors with the ‘Caviarati’, an exclusive promotion running from the 1st to 2nd December 2019.
A delicious concoction of blinis, served in a trio of sandwiches, this dish is filled with smoked salmon, cream cheese, chives, herbs, butter and Royal Baerii caviar. Accompanying the ‘Caviarati’ is a creative mocktail – the Virgin Raspberry Royal and is available at AED 100 per person.
Beluga will also be serving an ala carte menu and afternoon tea menu, daily.
