At.mosphere, the fine dining restaurant at the 122nd Floor of Burj Khalifa, has unveiled its revamped menus for the fall season, and include a wondrous à la carte selection, an exquisite ‘Taste of Truffle’ tasting menu, and an enchanting ‘Taste of France’ tasting menu.
Inspired by the rich tapestry of French cuisine, and infused with an abundance of Asian and Middle Eastern flavours and textures, these new menus blend tradition and innovation, creating a symphony of flavours that capture the vibrancy of the cooler season.
Taste of Truffle Menu
This 7-course tasting menu, in celebration of this cherished delicacy, pays homage to the elusive and exquisite truffle. Seasonal specials include Sous Vide Wagyu Short Ribs, infused with the distinctive aroma and flavour of the Périgord truffle. This seasonal Menu is available for 3 months and is served from 5.30pm to 10.00pm
Taste of France Menu
This seasonal 7-course tasting menu encompasses the rich flavours and traditions of French cuisine, drawing elements of Asian and Middle Eastern flavours combined with the country’s culinary excellence and cultural heritage. Signature dishes include Foie Gras Au Torchon, Wild Turbot and Filet Mignon. This menu, which also includes a 7-course set vegetarian option, is available for 3 months according to seasonal ingredients and is served from 5.30pm to 10.00pm.
À La Carte Menu
Designed to cater to one’s unique tastes and preferences, this menu offers an array of options. For the non-vegetarian connoisseurs, savour the rich and savoury delights of Hand Dived Scallops, Beef Tartare and Salmon Muenière. For those opting for the vegetarian menu, Chef Eka has selected a range of classic dishes that showcase the true essence of culinary excellence which include Cromesquis Croquette, Plant-Based Farci and Truffle Fettucine. This menu offers 2-course and 3-course options, is available for 6 months, and is served from 1pm to 4pm.
