dunhill Introduces the 2026 Varnacular Capsule Collection for the Middle East

For 2026, dunhill unveils the Varnacular capsule collection, an exclusive offering created for the Middle East and shaped by a spirit of refined generosity. Drawing from archival references and arabesque motifs, the collection bridges British craftsmanship with a palette deeply attuned to regional symbolism. Green — long associated with life, renewal, and protection — anchors the narrative in tones of racing, malachite, and lacquered intensity, softened by accents of white and silver.

The capsule is conceived as a suite of rare objects designed to be gifted and kept, long after the season concludes. Each piece channels a sense of permanence, favouring materials that age beautifully and forms that resist passing trends. There is a considered balance between aesthetic clarity and personal ritual, reflecting the house’s long-standing commitment to utility elevated through design.

Jewellery and writing instruments lead the collection’s dialogue. Geometric pattern malachite cufflinks reinterpret classical motifs with contemporary restraint, their polished surfaces echoing the natural striations of the precious green stone. Paired with the geometric pattern Sentryman ballpoint, finished with matching deep green detailing, they form an elegant exchange between adornment and expression.

The Compendium malachite Turbo lighter extends this thread of craftsmanship while nodding subtly to regional rituals of Bakhoor and Attar. Its malachite inlay introduces visual depth, while the Turbo mechanism reflects a lineage of engineering expertise that dates back to the house’s iconic 1920s Unique Sports lighter. The result is an object that blends ceremony and function with quiet confidence.

For cigar connoisseurs, the goatskin duo cigar case in racing green embodies traditional artistry. Wet-moulded by Spanish craftsmen over wooden forms, the vegetable-tanned goatskin is selected for its sculptural integrity and ability to develop a rich patina over time. Designed to hold two cigars, it remains discreet yet distinctive, finished with an embossed Cypher that signals heritage without excess.
