Ferrari will be bringing back Ferrari Racing Days as its first event of the year in Abu Dhabi from February 2nd to 5th. This annual celebration of the Italian automaker’s client-racing activities features world-renowned and top-tier racing events such as the Ferrari Challenge, F1 Clienti, XX program, Club Competizioni GT, Club Challenge, and Passione Ferrari.
The Ferrari Challenge, which is a one-make championship that began in 1993 and features Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo cars, will have its final two rounds for the 2022 season during Ferrari Racing Days. This is an opportunity for fans of the Prancing Horse brand to witness some of the most exciting and competitive racing in the world.
F1 Clienti and the XX Program are two of the most exclusive activities that Ferrari Racing Days has to offer. F1 Clienti bring back to the track Ferrari F1 World Championship cars used between the 1920s and 1970s, including the F300, F2001, F2007s, F60, F138, and SF70H. The XX Program is an opportunity for clients to drive track-only cars that have been developed by Ferrari, such as the FXX-K Evo, the FXX and 599XX.
The Club Competizioni GT is a private, non-competitive event that will bring renowned GT racing cars from the past 30 years to the track. This year’s event will showcase five models, including the 488 GT3 and 488 GT Modificata, which were unveiled in 2020. This is a great opportunity for fans of GT racing to see some of the most iconic cars from the past 30 years in action.
The event is scheduled to start on Thursday, February 2nd, with two test sessions of the Ferrari Challenge. On Friday, February 3rd, free practice sessions will take place, along with private practice sessions for F1 Clienti, XX Program, Club Competizioni GT, and Club Challenge.
