Culinary genius, Chef Massimo Bottura is returning to the UAE to host a dining experience on the 18th and 19th February, at his only restaurant outside of Italy, Torno Subito.
Located at the iconic W Dubai – The Palm, the exclusive two-night dinner will see Massimo himself step behind the stove and prepare a mouth-watering, authentic Italian menu.
Curious foodies will get to indulge in an epic eight course menu, featuring an incredible selection of traditional Italian dishes, as well as Massimo Bottura’s favourite childhood dishes. Globally known for blending Italian culinary tradition with an avant-garde sense of design and experimentation, the spectacular menu has been created with Massimo’s praised contemporary flair, with a few special touches inspired by Dubai.

Over the special two-night dinner, guests will be able to experience Torno Subito’s playful Italian Riviera vibe, take in the stunning views of Dubai’s famous skyline whilst enjoying an impressive array of delectable dishes, carefully prepared by one of the world’s greatest chefs.
The special eight course menu is priced at AED 600 person – food only, and AED 775 per person with three glasses of selected grape.
For those looking for a staycation, the hotel is offering an overnight stay inclusive of the special dinner hosted by Massimo, starting from AED 1,500.
