This August, Maison de la Plage revives one of its most sought-after wellness experiences—Floating Sound Healing and Breathwork—offering guests two exclusive evenings of serenity on the 16th and 30th. Set against the scenic backdrop of West Palm Beach, the activation blends mindful breathing, therapeutic sound, and the soothing embrace of water into a transformative multisensory journey.

As the sun dips below the horizon, participants gather in the softly illuminated pool, where floating mats provide both comfort and a gentle connection to the surrounding elements. The session begins with guided breathwork, encouraging deeper awareness and presence, before seamlessly transitioning into a sound healing experience. The resonant tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and harmonic instruments wash over the water, easing tension and promoting a state of calm under the night sky.

Every detail is designed to heighten relaxation—from the warm glow of lanterns reflecting on the water to the rhythmic lapping of waves in the distance. The experience is both grounding and ethereal, inviting guests to surrender to stillness while feeling the quiet energy of the evening.

Following the session, guests are invited indoors to enjoy a light, nourishing bite and a refreshing drink. This gentle close to the evening encourages a smooth return to the present, allowing the benefits of the experience to settle in.

Priced at AED 250 per person and inclusive of one drink and one bite, the Floating Sound Healing and Breathwork evenings offer a rare chance to combine coastal beauty with inner renewal. With limited spaces available to preserve the intimacy of the event, early reservations are highly recommended.
