Food and drink are an art form at this Parisian Palace – from the buzz of the Long Bar on the ground floor, to the two restaurants, ‘Matsuhisa Paris’ for Japanese cuisine and ‘Il Carpaccio’ Michelin-starred Italian restaurant. The property is offering specially curated menus to celebrate the day at these two stunning restaurants; Le Matsuhisa and Il Carpaccio.
