Masterclasses at the Dubai Watch Week are hands-on workshops that allow the participants to learn from experts and artisans in the field. This time it includes creating your very first mechanical watch movement, painting on a miniature dial, learning the traditional art of chamfering and more.

This watchmaking masterclass explores the different layers of watchmaking; from introducing the concept and theory behind watch cases all the way into a practical application of the nesting process of a timepiece.
- To understand the intricacies of watch designing attend the Watch Design Masterclass by Fiona Krüger

As engraving is a signature of the Bovet Maison, all of their movements are hand-decorated by their artisans. Participants will get to try their hand at the art of engraving with Tiago, who will take them through his journey at Bovet and how he became an artisan engraver.
