Intersect By Lexus, the fine dining venue at DIFC, has announced its menu for Ramadan. On offer is a tempting selection of classic mezze, Middle Eastern and international dishes, along with sumptuous sushi.
Taking place from sundown onwards throughout the month of Ramadan, the Iftar at Intersect will welcome guests with traditional refreshments, including Jallab and Tamar Hindi, with dates and dried fruits to break their fast.
This will be followed by an extensive hot and cold mezze selection, featuring favourites such as hummus, smoked aubergine mutable, Lebanese tabbouleh, cheese sambousek and lamb kibbeh. Freshly-baked white and brown pitta, bread rolls, and a choice of traditional lentil or mushroom soup accompany the mezze treats.
The main feast will include a range of classic Ramadan fare, including traditional Iranian mixed grill with rice, kibbeh with yoghurt, and shish barak. There will also be international favourites such as butter chicken with saffron rice and cashew nuts, and pan-seared salmon with lemon butter sauce. Adding a tantalising taste of the Far East will be a selection of signature sushi creations, including Ebi Nigiri, Crispy Spicy Salmon, Yasai Maki and more.
