Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, will soon host a transformative wellness experience as renowned acupuncturist Asha Chong arrives for a special residency at The Spa from 21 to 26 May 2025. Known for her profound mastery of Five Element Acupuncture—a core pillar of Traditional Chinese Medicine—Asha’s holistic practice has gained her a loyal following in London and beyond, especially among women seeking support for mental and emotional wellbeing.

During this exclusive six-day residency, Asha will offer bespoke 60-minute acupuncture sessions priced at AED 925, with a strong focus on women’s health. Her treatments are known to address a wide range of concerns, from anxiety, burnout, and emotional fatigue, to complex reproductive and gynaecological issues such as endometriosis, PCOS, fertility, and the journey through menopause.

With a Licentiate in Acupuncture and a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, Asha is a fully registered member of the British Acupuncture Council. Her approach is deeply intuitive and individualised, often blending her knowledge of ancient healing practices with a sensitive understanding of emotional and psychological needs.

Clients visiting during the residency can expect treatments that not only relieve physical symptoms like insomnia, headaches, digestive disorders, fibromyalgia, and skin conditions, but also restore emotional balance. Asha’s warm, compassionate style and her belief in the body’s natural capacity to heal make her sessions a sanctuary of restoration and inner clarity.

Asha’s personal journey—from film translator and subtitler to wellness healer—reflects her passion for transformation and authentic living. Her treatments have become a beacon for those seeking holistic support in navigating life’s transitions.

Spaces for this residency are limited and expected to fill quickly. To reserve an appointment or to learn more, guests can contact +971 2 690 7885, email moauh-spa@mohg.com, or visit Emirates Palace Spa. This is an unparalleled opportunity to experience a unique fusion of ancient wisdom and modern luxury in the heart of Abu Dhabi.
