A new season of artistic expression arrives in the form of fabrics, blinds, and cushions as The Metropolitan Museum of Art (The Met), New York, once again joins creative forces with Sedar Global, the Middle East’s leading home interiors brand. Their Summer 2025 collection brings the grandeur of world-renowned masterpieces into everyday living spaces through a limited-edition line of customisable interiors.

This second chapter of the partnership builds on the success of their October 2024 debut, continuing a shared vision of blending art heritage with innovative design. Available in Sedar showrooms and online throughout the MENA region, the new collection features a rich library of licensed artworks spanning classical icons, abstract expressionists, and landscape masters. Each design can be tailored to size, fabric, and finish, offering a personalised experience rooted in global culture.

Celebrating timeless names like Van Gogh, Monet, J.M.W. Turner, Delacroix, and Kandinsky, as well as captivating themes from ancient Egypt to Venetian waterways, the collection presents a vivid palette of creativity. Abstract prints by Kandinsky lend modern edge, while romantic impressions from Monet and Van Gogh introduce natural beauty to any home. Kuindzhi and Delacroix’s dramatic skies bring mood and movement to curtains and wallpaper, while interpretations of Charles K. Wilkinson’s Egyptian scenes invite a more historic narrative into interiors.

Josh Romm, Head of Global Licensing and Partnerships at The Met, comments: “We are thrilled to continue our collaboration with Sedar Global and inspire art lovers in the Middle East to bring highlights from The Met collection into their homes. Our partnership encourages customers to further explore their love of art while creating deeply personal interior design.”

Sedar Global’s Creative Director Nahel Selo adds, “Building on the momentum of our launch, the Summer 2025 collection offers a fresh perspective on how interiors can be elevated through art. This collaboration allows customers to let their creativity flourish and craft living spaces with stories to tell.”

The bespoke collection not only makes iconic artwork more accessible but also transforms interiors into curated environments of meaning and elegance. Whether adorning a statement wall with Monet’s coastal reveries or framing a room with the bold abstraction of Kandinsky, each piece reflects the personal style and cultural appreciation of the homeowner.

Available in over 30 showrooms across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, Iraq, and more, Sedar Global offers a seamless online and offline experience. With advanced manufacturing, a wide product portfolio, and a legacy that spans over 135 years, Sedar continues to bring global artistry into the homes of royalty, designers, and everyday consumers alike.

For those seeking a refined expression of interior design that bridges continents and centuries, the Met x Sedar Summer 2025 collection is available now in stores and online at www.sedarglobal.com.
