Gucci unveils its fifth High Watchmaking collection for 2025, blending traditional savoir-faire with modern innovation in seven distinctive new timepieces. Crafted for collectors who appreciate storytelling and artisanal mastery, the collection spans the emblematic G-Timeless, GUCCI 25H, and Gucci Interlocking lines—each piece embodying the brand’s deep-rooted codes and evolving narrative. While the Maison is known for its fashion-forward vision, these watches mark a quiet, intricate progression into the realm of haute horlogerie with purposeful restraint.

The G-Timeless additions are poetic homages to Gucci’s silk scarf archive, each dial acting as a miniature canvas of métiers d’art. One design reimagines the iconic Flora print in enamel and mother-of-pearl, micro-painted with botanical detail and anchored in white gold. Another model transforms maritime elements from the Velieri scarf into a mother-of-pearl seascape featuring tiny wood ships crafted with micro-marquetry. Each design features a diamond-set tourbillon movement, hand-engraved casebacks, and a colour-coordinated alligator strap. Their finishing details—such as Murano glass spheres or olive wood appliqué—are finely tuned to the narrative of each motif.

The GUCCI 25H series continues its architectural exploration with the GUCCI 25H Amphitheater, an ultra-thin rose gold timepiece inspired by the grandeur of Rome’s Colosseum. Its staggered baguette diamond dial creates a three-dimensional colonnade effect, while a flying tourbillon cage sits beneath the layered structure. The 8.4mm case retains the sleekness of previous models, and the brown alligator strap anchors the dramatic composition with earthy sophistication. This piece encapsulates the tension between classic monumentality and the minimal elegance Gucci has cultivated within the 25H line.

The Gucci Interlocking watch returns with a new iteration featuring a mosaic of hand-set diamonds on a 41mm rose gold case. Its cushion shape houses a jumping hours complication and a flying tourbillon marked with the Interlocking G. The dial, partially obscured by smoked sapphire and aventurine glass, reveals subtle motion beneath—engineered with precision and finished with a black alligator strap. This is a quietly expressive piece that balances functional innovation with poetic concealment.

Across all lines, the High Watchmaking collection reflects a continuous evolution of Gucci’s design language. It’s an invitation to wear heritage on the wrist—not as a loud statement, but as a nuanced and elegant whisper. With materials sourced responsibly and craftsmanship elevated to artistic levels, the watches mirror the eclectic DNA of the brand while honouring the quiet dignity of time itself.
