This November, the glamour of Monte Carlo will find a new home in Dubai as Signor Sassi partners with one of Monaco’s most iconic dining institutions—Rampoldi—for a five-day culinary collaboration led by Michelin-starred Chef Antonio Salvatore. From the 12th to the 16th of November, Il Giardino di Sassi will be transformed into “Il Giardino di Rampoldi,” offering an immersive gastronomic journey that celebrates the timeless spirit of Monegasque dining.
Founded in 1946 at the corner of Place du Casino, Rampoldi has been a symbol of Monte Carlo’s golden age, a sanctuary of refined elegance cherished by royalty, celebrities, and discerning gourmands alike. Today, under the visionary direction of Chef Antonio Salvatore, Rampoldi stands at the forefront of modern fine dining, blending French precision with Italian passion to define what he calls “new Monegasque cuisine.”

Chef Antonio’s bold philosophy, one that marries tradition with contemporary artistry, has carried Rampoldi’s acclaim far beyond Monaco. With the opening of its New York City outpost in 2023, Rampoldi has become an international icon, admired for its ability to capture the romance of the Riviera while embracing a cosmopolitan audience. Now, for the first time, this celebrated legacy makes its way to Dubai.
Over the course of the residency, guests will be invited to savour a curated menu that evokes both the elegance of the Côte d’Azur and the vibrancy of Southern Italy. Highlights include Flan de Parmesan “Rampoldi,” Angus Beef Fillet Rossini, Ravioli de Pâte Fraiche Maison with ricotta, butter and sage, and the Grand Marnier Soufflé—a decadent finale that epitomises Rampoldi’s culinary artistry.




The experience will be further enriched by the transformation of Il Giardino di Sassi, which will adopt Rampoldi’s signature burgundy palette and unmistakable Monegasque charm. The setting will invite diners to indulge not just in a meal, but in an atmosphere reminiscent of evenings in Monte Carlo, where every detail—from the cuisine to the décor—tells a story of heritage and refinement.

The residency will culminate on Sunday, November 16th, with a special edition of Signor Sassi’s beloved Evviva Brunch, reimagined through Rampoldi’s lens. A spirited midday affair, it promises Riviera elegance infused with Italian spontaneity—a fitting conclusion to a week of exceptional dining.
