The Dubai Watch Week promotes dialogues and conversations via its Creative Hubs. These are aimed at fostering creativity, championing innovation and celebrating the industry. The sessions are devoted to community-oriented talks discussing sparking ideas as well as sharing information like new product launches. Over the years, the Creative Hub has welcomed numerous limited-edition watch reveals, earning itself the position of being the only event outside of the renowned SIHH and Baselworld fairs to host international launches.

Here are the Creative Hubs from the upcoming Dubai Watch Week that excite us the most!

  • De Bethune x @byJorgHysek present the Dream Watch 6 (by invitation only)

21st November

De Bethune collaborates with German watch designer Jörg Hysek to bring the unique creation that is the Dream Watch 6. What started as a casual conversation between Denis Flageollet, the creative force behind De Bethune, and his friend Jörg Hysek, gave rise to the unique Dream Watch 6 a year and a half later.

  • Hublot Limited Edition Launch (by invitation only)

22nd November

David Tedeschi, Hublot’s Regional Director for Latin America & Caribbean and Middle East & Africa, and Chief Commercial Officer of Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, Mohammed Abdulmagied Seddiqi, will be launching the fusion of a timeless material and a non-traditional mechanism, the Hublot and Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons’ latest Special Edition watch.

  • TUDOR – The Worst Kept Secret in Watch Collecting

From the wrists of racing drivers to the wrists of some of the most daring naval forces in the world, TUDOR has been under the radar professional choice of many since the 1950s. Ross Povey, the founder of TudorCollector.com will talk about the history and heritage of TUDOR and the fascinating world of vintage and special Tudor watches. Danny Govberg, Co-founder and CEO of WatchBox, Brian Govberg, Managing Director of Watch Sales for WatchBox, and Mohammad Abdulmagied Seddiqi, Chief Commercial Officer of Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, will come together to discuss the importance of ‘Primary Meets Secondary’ and the evolving needs of today’s customers. The session will cover a variety of topics including the distinction between pre-owned platforms like WatchBox and the grey market, how WatchBox’s technology and personal touch enhance the customer’s buying experience, and the importance of “edutainment.”
