The first of the Bvlgari Residences, located on the Bvlgari Marina Promenade of the seahorse-shaped Jumeirah Bay island, have been handed over by Meraas, and are ready to welcome the community’s first residents. Unfolding around the exclusive Bvlgari Marina and overlooking the spectacular skyline of Dubai, Bvlgari Residences is located within the city’s most exclusive residential community, the 1.7 million square foot Bvlgari Resort & Residences.

The island neighbourhood is comprised of 168 apartments ranging from one-to three-bedroom units, six four-bedroom penthouses, and 15 mansions ranging from three-to-six-bedrooms. This one-of-a-kind development conveys the core values of the Bvlgari brand, including contemporary design, magnificent craftsmanship and artistic detail. The resort also includes the world’s first Bvlgari Yacht Club, which exudes the unmistakable atmosphere of the Italian Riviera.

“We are thrilled to welcome our first residents, who will be living in the Bvlgari residential community on the island. Everything is set for their arrival, and the Bvlgari Resort Dubai is ready to create for them a remarkable experience defined by comfort and convenience and to ensure that their every need will be catered to.” – Pep Lozano, General Manager of Bvlgari Resort & Residences.

With all the penthouses and front sea-view mansions of the development already sold out, interested homeowners can choose one of the Residences designed by renowned Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. Homeowners can choose to have their apartments made-to-measure or have each room fully furnished by Citterio-Viel with a luxurious selection of iconic Italian brands such as B&B Italia, Maxalto, Flexform and Flos.

Among the most upscale features of Bvlgari Residences is the superlative quality of its interiors that leverage authentic natural materials including light wood, sandy golden stone, limestone and silk. Overlapping wooden terraces glide along the façade interspersed by large glazed sliding doors, creating a visual sequence of random intersecting plains, while the interiors sport generous-sized living rooms with shaded terraces, offering spectacular views of the sea and skyline.

A multitude of high-end benefits includes priority berth rental with complimentary access to the Yacht Club Member Lounge, an elite members-only facility that provides personalised service in a refined ambience. Buildings are also equipped with a private fitness centre, a swimming pool and a steam room for the residents’ comfort.

The residences are managed by the adjacent Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, which means that the homeowners can benefit from the ‘Hotel a la carte services’, including housekeeping, catering, butler services, personal shopper and impeccable 24-hour concierge services.
