The Ritz-Carlton Dubai’s al fresco restaurant, Amaseena, has curated a delectable Iftar and Suhour menu for this Ramadan. Located overlooking the shores of the Arabian Gulf, Amaseena boasts impressive views of Ain Dubai and the JBR skyline.
Bedouin-inspired tents, a star-filled sky and the sounds of Arabic music create an authentic desert dining experience at Amaseena. Guests will be spoilt for choice with a lavish spread across nine food stations highlighting the best of Middle Eastern cuisine with dishes from Morocco to Lebanon, Emirati and signature Persian dishes. These include mandi-cooked lamb and tagine cooked in authentic clay cookware.
The Iftar menu is served from sunset until 9 pm, while Suhour is from 10 pm to 12:30 am. Children at Iftar below five years of age dine with the compliments of the house, while 5 to 12-year-olds dine at half price. However, Suhour is available for adults only. Patrons wishing to savour the delicacies from the comfort of their homes can order a lavish Iftar or Suhour spread with a choice of three tiers.
