Located on the 68th floor of the JW Marriott Marquis hotel is Prime68, the award-winning steakhouse serving some of the highest quality cuts of steaks while offering panoramic views of Dubai’s dramatic skyline. To enhance the dining experience, Prime68 has curated a variety of dining offers for its clients.

For guests who are looking for a brunch experience, there is Brunch at Prime68 every Saturday between 1PM-4PM. During the three-hour brunch, guests can savour the most succulent prime-cut steaks, paired with family-style servings of the restaurant’s signature dishes, and unlimited soft drinks or house beverages and sparkling grape.

During brunch, diners can enjoy a range of starters including Burrata with Tomato and Basil, Fin de Clair Oysters, and Beef Marmalade Sliders. The main course includes USDA Bone-In Ribeye, Grilled Jumbo Prawns, and Red Grape Braised Short Rib; served with a selection of sides including Truffle Mac & Cheese, Sweet Potato Fries, Grilled Greens and Simple Mash.

For deserts, Prime68 offers an assortment of delectable desserts to finish brunch on a sweet note, including Chocolate Cherry Trifle, Strawberry Cheesecake and Prime68’s Artisanal Cheese of the Day.

For those looking to enjoy a first-class dinner in an elevated setting, the steakhouse’s Early Bird Dinner is the perfect option. It offers a carefully crafted three-course set menu. Available every day from 6pm-6:30pm, guests can enjoy a Chef’s selection of signature dishes paired with stunning sunset views from the world’s tallest 5-star hotel. As an optional extra, diners can also opt for a grape pairing with their dinner and enjoy a specially selected glass of grape with each course.

As part of the Early Bird Dinner offering, guests can start their meal with a choice of appetizers, such as French Onion Soup, Caesar Salad, Truffle Gnocchi, or Prime68 Steak Tartar. The main course includes Pan Fried Corn-Fed Chicken with Sauteed Wild Mushrooms, Roasted Loch Duarte Salmon with Charred Broccolini, and a variety of prime steaks. For the final course, guests can indulge in a variety of desserts, including Chocolate Cherry Trifle, Strawberry Cheesecake and Prime68’s Artisanal Cheese of the Day.
