Taking place on November 7–8, 2025, at Banyan Tree Dubai, Bluewaters, the event marks the debut of the group’s exclusive Phuket property portfolio in the Middle East, featuring over $1 billion worth of luxury residential projects launching over the next three years.
The showcase aims to connect discerning GCC investors with premium opportunities across Laguna Phuket — Asia’s most prestigious integrated resort community, set along 3.5 kilometres of pristine beachfront. Highlights include the ultra-luxurious Banyan Tree Beach Residences, offering beachfront condominiums and penthouses with private rooftop pools, alongside new developments under the Angsana, Garrya, and Laguna Lakelands brands.
