Banyan Group, the renowned luxury hospitality and real estate developer behind the iconic Banyan Tree Resorts, is set to unveil its first-ever Laguna Phuket Property Showcase in Dubai. Taking place on November 7–8, 2025, at Banyan Tree Dubai, Bluewaters, the event marks the debut of the group’s exclusive Phuket property portfolio in the Middle East, featuring over $1 billion worth of luxury residential projects launching over the next three years.
The showcase aims to connect discerning GCC investors with premium opportunities across Laguna Phuket — Asia’s most prestigious integrated resort community, set along 3.5 kilometres of pristine beachfront. Highlights include the ultra-luxurious Banyan Tree Beach Residences, offering beachfront condominiums and penthouses with private rooftop pools, alongside new developments under the Angsana, Garrya, and Laguna Lakelands brands.

“Dubai is the perfect gateway to introduce our latest branded residences to a region that deeply appreciates both luxury and long-term value,” said Stuart Reading, Managing Director of Banyan Group Residences. “We are delighted to bring the beauty and investment appeal of Phuket directly to our GCC clients.”
Phuket has emerged as a preferred investment and lifestyle destination for GCC nationals, thanks to its visa-free entry for most Middle Eastern travellers, strong Muslim community, and abundance of halal-certified restaurants and prayer facilities. Its year-round tropical climate, pristine beaches, and world-class connectivity — with direct flights from the UAE and Saudi Arabia — further enhance its appeal as a second-home destination.

The island’s real estate market continues to thrive, with foreign buyers now accounting for more than 60% of condominium sales. Property values have historically appreciated by 5–10% annually, with Phuket offering better value than many global luxury destinations. For instance, USD 1 million can secure a 213 sqm residence in a prime Phuket location — double the size of a comparable property in Dubai.
Within Laguna Phuket, residents enjoy a dynamic lifestyle surrounded by seven international hotels, over 3,000 residences, an 18-hole championship golf course, spas, retail areas, and dining venues. The master-planned community brings together more than 70 nationalities and will soon expand with Laguna Lakelands, an eco-friendly neighbourhood surrounded by lakes, forest trails, and nature-focused amenities.

The newest addition to the community, RAVA Beach Club, is Thailand’s largest beachfront club, offering residents exclusive access and privileges. Stretching along 150 metres of Bang Tao Beach, RAVA features infinity pools, private cabanas, and panoramic ocean views, epitomising the island’s refined coastal lifestyle.
