Krasota Dubai, the cutting-edge gastro-theatre marrying culinary creativity with artistic innovation, has unveiled its second experience. Titled Imaginary Future, the latest production seamlessly blends storytelling elements with visual arts and AI technology to explore the wonders of the future.
Krasota Dubai’s debut show, Imaginary Art, brought paintings of international artists of the late 19th, and early 20th century to Dubai’s thriving epicurean scene. In Imaginary Future, immersive dining reaches new levels of interactivity.
Imaginary Future comprises seven visually stunning acts that reveal future scenarios of humanity. Accompanying the seven acts is a meticulously crafted seven-course meal, each course designed by award-winning Chef Vladmir Mukhin to harmonise with the unfolding acts of the show. The menu delves into the realm of future gastronomy, exploring the question: “what will food be like in the future?” The result is an array of innovative dishes that tantalise the taste buds and challenge culinary norms.
The show depicts a future epoch when human life and artificial intelligence work together to advance space exploration, a voyage to Mars and other planets leads to interplanetary civilization. Exploring themes such as new food rituals and future plant production, the pursuit of time control, a world where cyberpunks rule with eternal celebrations of neon night, and the emerging rise of technology to ocean exploration.
The gastronomical theatre is an auditorium with a large circular table for 20 diners, with a 3D multimedia performance projected across the curved walls and adorned table. This AI-curated gastro-theatre creates a truly immersive experience, where guests can interact with the performance in real time, blurring the lines between reality and fantasy. Krasota is a venture by the White Rabbit Family alliance. A highly experienced production team of tech innovators, culinary artists and visual designers, has brought this visionary venture to Dubai.
