Latitude is the latest offering from Tumi; known for their innovative and premium, hard-shell luggage.
It is based on TUMI’s patented ‘SRPP Ballistic,’ which is layer woven to make the new luggage incredibly strong, ultra-durable, and lightweight. This type of layered woven material is also used in sporting equipment, personal protection, and within the auto industry.
It is designed with easy packing in mind. It features tie-down straps, multiple pockets for increased organisation and a hanger bracket. It has reinforcement rods that provide extra support and rigidity, as well as keep the interior lining in place to help maintain a tailored look.
The top and side handles are reinforced with plastic substructure for a sturdy but soft touch. Tumi’s patented ‘X-Brace 45’ telescoping handles are made from lightweight and sturdy aircraft-grade aluminium that double as an additional protective, shock-absorbing structure. The all-new outboard dual lightweight wheels are designed for stable multi-directional navigation. For safety, Latitude has integrated low-profile TSA recognised locks and the TUMI Tracer baggage recovery system.
Latitude will be offered in a range of carry-on and check-in sizes; in black, navy and silver; and will retail for $645-$795 at TUMI retail stores worldwide and on TUMI.com.
