Roka Dubai, renowned for its contemporary Japanese robatayaki cuisine, is delighted to announce the launch of a limited-time specials menu to commemorate the brand’s 20th anniversary.
Commemorative Menu Highlights:
From July to October, diners can enjoy an exclusive selection of dishes that pay homage to Roka’s rich culinary history, featuring some of the most beloved and innovative creations from the past two decades.
Tofu to Suika Tomato Goma (2019)
Homemade tofu with watermelon, tomato, and sesame.
Unagi no Bo Zushi (2014):
Teriyaki eel with avocado, cucumber, and shiso.
Gyuniku no Sashimi (2005):
Seared beef sashimi with soya pearls and pickled nashi pear.
Yaki Kuro Kampachi no Kinoko to Tryufu (2018):
Robata-grilled Chilean Sea Bass with mushrooms and truffle sauce.
Kiichigo to Shiroi Chocolate no Usugiri (2020):
Raspberry and ivoire chocolate usugiri with rose petal custard.
From July 15th to October 15th, guests can indulge in these specially curated dishes that highlight Roka’s dedication to culinary excellence and creativity. Each dish on this anniversary menu represents a milestone in Roka’s journey, bringing back flavors and memories that have delighted guests over the years.
The last round of specials will launch mid-October and run through until December, closing off the 20-year anniversary celebrations.
