Staying true to its practice of delivering extraordinary experiences, the most sought-after luxury car brand Bentley, is celebrating the Middle East launch of the eagerly anticipated Bentley Bentayga V8 and Continental GT in a truly extraordinary style.

To mark the launch, Bentley has created the UAE’s highest fine-dining restaurant, ‘The Peak of Luxury’, on the summit of the Emirates’ tallest mountain, Jebel Jais, in Ras Al Khaimah. The restaurant which opened just for seven days on 30th September will serve 150 special guests a bespoke menu curated by renowned British chef Colin Clague. The five-course menu includes classic British dishes with a Middle Eastern twist inspired by Bentley’s luxury and performance traditions and its illustrious history.

Chef Colin Clague said: “Working with Bentley – which is a British icon – on a such an innovative project has been a very unique experience. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked in many kitchens in many countries across the globe, but I’ve never served dinner in a completely bespoke restaurant on the highest mountain in the UAE. It’s certainly a moment I will never forget.”

“We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of luxury and making memories which will last a lifetime. The Peak of Luxury is a true demonstration of the lengths we will go to, to bring the values of the Bentley lifestyle to life and offer an extraordinary experience our customers won’t find with any other car brand.” – Stephen Reynolds, Regional Director for Bentley Middle East, Africa and India.

The five-star luxury restaurant is styled keeping the traditional Arabic tent in mind but is also adorned with hand-picked contemporary furniture, sumptuous materials and offers a spectacular panaromic view across the mountain top. The dynamic twisty mountain pass roads of Jebel Jais make it the perfect testing ground for the sporty Bentayga V8 and the all-new Continental GT.

It also comes with the optional carbon-ceramic brakes which is the world’s largest front brake system. The Bentayga V8’s interior features limousine-like refinement. New styling features include a wood and hide steering wheel and the introduction of a high-gloss carbon-fibre interior panel finish.
