Breitling has launched a stunning new timepiece that combines Swiss precision with Middle Eastern cultural influence. The limited-edition Chronomat Automatic GMT 40, crafted exclusively for the Middle East, boasts a vibrant teal dial and unique Indian numerals, reflecting the region’s rich heritage. This extraordinary model, available in only 200 pieces, represents Breitling’s continued dedication to creating sophisticated, region-inspired designs that resonate with discerning luxury watch enthusiasts.

An Ode to Middle Eastern Culture

Managing Director, Breitling Middle East, India and Africa, Aed Adwan says, “We’re proud to be release another Middle East exclusive timepiece reflecting our deep appreciation for the region’s culture and heritage. With its unique color and Indian numerals, this watch is designed to resonate with our customers in the Middle East.”

The Chronomat GMT 40 is not only a design masterpiece but also a highly functional sports watch, ideal for the modern traveler. Equipped with a dual-time zone complication, this model serves as a versatile companion for jet setters, seamlessly bridging Breitling’s air, land, and sea universes. Its elegant design combined with its practical size makes it a perfect choice for those with a taste for both style and functionality.

Crafted for Every Pursuit

Breitling’s Chronomat series has long been associated with precision and adventure. First created in the 1980s in collaboration with Italy’s Frecce Tricolori aerobatic team, the Chronomat was engineered to withstand the rigors of the cockpit while maintaining an elegant appearance for off-duty wear. This latest Middle East-exclusive model continues that legacy with its robust, COSC-certified chronometer and a 200-meter water resistance.

The watch is powered by the Breitling Caliber 32, a self-winding mechanical movement, ensuring a power reserve of up to 42 hours. It features a clear 24-hour scale to differentiate between day and night, while the “onion” crown—an iconic Chronomat element—ensures easy adjustments for seamless timekeeping.

Exquisite Design Elements

The Chronomat GMT 40 stands out with its teal dial, which is complemented by 18K red gold-plated hour markers and hands. The numerals, adorned with 18K red gold plating, further enhance the watch’s luxurious aesthetic, while the red GMT hand adds a bold pop of color. The stainless-steel rouleaux bracelet, featuring a butterfly clasp, ensures both durability and comfort, making this watch a true statement piece.

A Timepiece for the Modern Connoisseur

Breitling’s commitment to sustainable luxury is reflected in the meticulous craftsmanship of the Chronomat GMT 40, which combines traditional watchmaking with modern innovations. Whether navigating time zones or making a style statement, this limited edition is designed for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

The Chronomat Automatic GMT 40 is now available exclusively at Breitling’s boutiques across the Middle East and online, offering the chance to own a piece of this exclusive, culturally inspired timepiece. With only 200 units available, this model promises to be a coveted addition to any luxury watch collection.
