In a stunning expansion of its Colors of TOP GUN collection, IWC Schaffhausen has unveiled the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Miramar in a captivating summery light blue ceramic case. Inspired by the light blue t-shirts worn by TOP GUN instructors beneath their flight suits, the new release pays homage to naval aviation while showcasing the Swiss manufacturer’s mastery in material engineering and color innovation.
Limited to just 1,000 pieces, the ceramic version (Ref. IW389409) brings together a light blue ceramic case, matching dial and rubber strap, and luminous blue hands. The integration of Pantone® collaboration ensures the hue is unique, emotionally resonant, and technically challenging to produce. The bold yet refined aesthetic marks a new chapter in IWC’s tradition of fusing technical performance with compelling storytelling.

The light blue theme is also carried into a new stainless steel edition (Ref. IW388117), marking IWC’s first use of a Pantone® color on steel. This model features a stainless steel case paired with the same vibrant blue dial and strap, rhodium-plated hands, and an open sapphire case back offering a peek into the finely finished movement within.
Both watches are powered by the IWC-manufactured 69000 caliber chronograph movements, known for their durability and precision. Featuring a column-wheel design and double-pawl winding system, these in-house movements deliver a robust 46-hour power reserve and a dial layout optimized for legibility and user experience.

Further enhancing user convenience, both editions include the EasX-CHANGE® system—allowing quick strap swaps without tools. This thoughtful design caters to modern lifestyles, where versatility and adaptability are as valued as precision engineering.
The new Miramar colorway joins a palette that includes Jet Black, Mojave Desert, Lake Tahoe, Woodland, and Oceana—each a nod to aviation culture and crafted in collaboration with Pantone®. With this latest launch, IWC continues to push boundaries in design innovation, materials science, and emotional storytelling.

As IWC evolves with the needs of today’s luxury watch collector, its continued commitment to responsible sourcing, sustainable production, and timeless craftsmanship ensures that every timepiece, like the new Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Miramar, is not just a statement of style—but a legacy in motion.
