Krayon unveils the second edition of the Anyday, presenting the innovative calendar timepiece in a refined rose gold case paired with an anthracite grey dial. Designed to offer a complete view of the month at a single glance, the watch introduces a new language of calendar watchmaking. Retaining the distinctive architecture and intuitive display of the original model, the new edition brings a warmer aesthetic while maintaining a contemporary and understated presence.
Unlike traditional calendar watches that reveal only fragments of information, the Anyday displays the entire month simultaneously across the dial. A fixed ring marked from 1 to 31 forms the calendar framework, while a discreet crescent-moon indicator glides along the edge to point to the current date. This layout allows the wearer to instantly visualise the progression of days ahead, transforming the watch into a mechanical agenda worn on the wrist.

The dial’s design introduces a subtle but highly effective visual language. Two superimposed discs create a natural rhythm within the calendar, where weekdays appear in anthracite and weekends are highlighted in gold. This color-coded arrangement enables the wearer to identify weekends immediately without relying on text or additional windows. The result is an intuitive reading of the month, where information is conveyed through color and balance rather than complexity.
Krayon’s design also addresses a challenge unique to full-month displays: the transition between months. Four discreet dots positioned at six o’clock act as a visual pause between the 31st and the 1st. These markers extend the calendar structure to 35 positions, representing five complete weeks. By doing so, the display maintains continuity while subtly revealing the rhythm of the upcoming month.

The Anyday operates on a deliberately practical principle, treating each month as a 31-day cycle. As a result, the wearer needs to make only five manual corrections per year for shorter months. At midnight, the date advances instantly thanks to a system that accumulates energy over twenty-four hours before releasing it in a precise jump. The transition from the 31st to the 1st is equally instantaneous, ensuring a smooth and confident calendar rhythm.
Encased in 18K rose gold with a diameter of 39 millimetres and a slim profile, the watch houses the in-house Calibre C032. Composed of hundreds of finely finished components, the movement features a pair of cams responsible for the daily jump and the end-of-month transition. The dial displays a guilloché pattern featuring Krayon’s signature stylised “Y”, while refined finishing throughout the movement highlights the brand’s commitment to high watchmaking craftsmanship.

Founded in Neuchâtel by watchmaking engineer Rémi Maillat, Krayon has built its reputation on transforming complex astronomical and calendar calculations into elegant mechanical solutions. With the Anyday rose gold edition, the brand continues this philosophy, presenting a timepiece that simplifies the way we interact with time. The watch offers not only precision and innovation but also a calm, intuitive overview of the days ahead.
