In a city where time is shaped by memory, heritage, and quiet continuity, OMEGA introduces a new landmark at Al Ain City Centre. The unveiling of a sculptural Clock Tower marks a meeting point between Swiss precision and Emirati identity. More than an installation, it arrives as a civic symbol—measured, dignified, and enduring.
Created in collaboration with Al Ain Municipality, the Clock Tower reflects a shared vision of place-making rooted in meaning. Its presence enriches the urban landscape while honouring the rhythms of everyday life. Time here is not hurried. It is observed, respected, and shared.

The design draws inspiration from OMEGA’s emblematic Constellation collection, translating horological codes into architectural form. Clean lines and intricate detailing echo the brand’s legacy of precision, while the structure’s scale gives it civic gravitas. Contemporary yet resonant, it feels at home within Al Ain’s cultural fabric. Heritage and modernity exist in quiet balance.
The unveiling holds deeper resonance through OMEGA’s long-standing connection with the UAE. The late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, known for his admiration of OMEGA timepieces, lends historical weight to the moment. The Clock Tower becomes a gesture of continuity—an object that remembers as it marks the present.

Positioned at the city centre, the structure serves both as a navigational anchor and a contemplative focal point. Locals and visitors encounter it not as spectacle, but as a constant. Its measured presence reinforces Al Ain’s identity as a city grounded in culture, community, and reflection. Time feels local here.
For OMEGA, the project extends a tradition of creating icons that transcend function. From wrist to skyline, the language of precision adapts without losing its essence. This is timekeeping expanded into public life—visible, shared, and meaningful.

As daylight shifts and evening settles over Al Ain, the Clock Tower stands quietly, keeping watch. It does not demand attention; it earns it. In doing so, it becomes part of the city’s lived narrative—an enduring marker of time, place, and legacy.
