Oris has introduced a refined addition to its celebrated Divers Sixty-Five Chronograph line — a 40mm ocean-green edition that fuses the spirit of the brand’s 1965 dive watch with the sophistication of modern watchmaking. Launched this July in the UAE, the timepiece reflects Oris’s continued dedication to mechanical excellence and timeless design.
Drawing on the DNA of the original model, revived over a decade ago, this latest iteration retains the collection’s signature vintage cues: pump-style chronograph pushers, condensed numeral markers, and a distinctive shield-shaped index at 12 o’clock. The combination of retro charm with contemporary engineering makes it a standout for collectors and everyday wearers alike.

The dial presents a sunray silver-grey backdrop accented with deep ocean-green detailing on both the counters and bezel. This palette draws inspiration from the natural landscapes surrounding the Oris Hölstein factory, paying tribute to the lush forests and rolling hills of the brand’s Swiss home.
Inside, the watch houses the Oris Calibre 771 mechanical chronograph movement, offering hours, minutes, 1/4 second chronograph timing, a 30-minute counter, and a continuous seconds sub-dial. With a 62-hour power reserve and a 4 Hz frequency, it ensures both precision and endurance for its wearer.

Crafted with a multi-piece stainless-steel case, the model features a unidirectional rotating bezel with a dark green aluminium insert, a screw-down crown, and pushers for secure underwater operation. It is water-resistant to 10 bar (100 meters), making it as reliable in aquatic settings as it is stylish on land.
Versatility is at the heart of this release. Buyers can choose between a sustainably sourced black Cervo Volante deer leather strap for a refined, casual look, or a stainless-steel bracelet with a folding clasp for a more traditional, durable feel. Both options enhance the piece’s adaptability across occasions.

At 15.4mm thick with a lug-to-lug measurement of 48mm, the Divers Sixty-Five Chronograph offers a comfortable fit without compromising on presence. The domed sapphire crystal, treated with internal anti-reflective coating, adds clarity and depth to the dial’s details.
Retailing at CHF 4,000 for the leather strap version and CHF 4,200 for the stainless-steel bracelet, the model is now available exclusively in the UAE through Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons boutiques and online via Ounass. Its limited regional release adds an element of exclusivity for enthusiasts in the Middle East market.
