Wynn Al Marjan Island, the $5.1 billion integrated resort under construction in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced its first two signature dining destinations, setting the stage for a culinary experience unlike any other in the region. Scheduled to debut with the resort’s Spring 2027 opening, the initial offerings include a sophisticated French-American steakhouse by Alain Ducasse and a Middle Eastern debut of Delilah, the famed supper club from Wynn Las Vegas. These venues promise to combine refined gastronomy with immersive design, embodying the resort’s vision of elevated luxury.

The Alain Ducasse steakhouse spans two floors and approximately 1,820 square meters, designed to fuse classic steakhouse traditions with contemporary French flair. Guests will encounter theatrical, kitchen-to-table presentations, from tableside steak carving to flambéed desserts such as Baked Alaska, creating an engaging dining experience. The menu features decadent starters, including Duck Fois Gras Brioche and Cheese Souffle, alongside the “Beef Club” selection, allowing diners to tailor steaks with a range of sauces and accompaniments, all curated to exemplify Ducasse’s celebrated culinary artistry.

“I’m very proud and honored to contribute to the Wynn Al Marjan Island project, which is one of the most visionary and ambitious in the region,” Ducasse said. “The culinary experience we’ll create will radically reinvent the steakhouse concept by reinterpreting American classics with contemporary French flair.” The venue’s design, conceptualized by Wynn Design and Development, provides the perfect backdrop for the chef’s innovative approach, balancing elegance, drama, and refined detail.

Delilah, located on the resort’s first floor and covering roughly 2,060 square meters, transports guests to the glamour of iconic 1950s supper clubs, from El Morocco in New York to Maxim’s in Paris. The venue combines imaginative dining with live entertainment, offering intimate seating for romantic dinners or larger gatherings amid nightly performances. Signature dishes from its Las Vegas counterpart, including Beef Wellington and Chicken Tenders, are complemented by new regional specialties, paired with a curated cocktail and wine menu that amplifies the venue’s sophisticated, cinematic allure.

The introduction of Delilah to the Middle East marks Wynn Resorts’ continued collaboration with The h.wood Group, the Los Angeles-based hospitality and lifestyle company behind the original concept. Co-Founders Brian Toll and John Terzian praised the partnership, emphasizing the venue’s unique capacity to merge luxury dining, entertainment, and social experience, now reimagined for Wynn Al Marjan Island’s discerning clientele.

Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design and Development, noted that every aspect of Wynn Al Marjan Island—including the restaurants—has been crafted to surprise and delight guests. “Our desire is to entertain the guest’s eye with unique, unforgettable details while they savor an unforgettable meal,” Lenahan said, reflecting the resort’s philosophy of blending opulence with unexpected touches and immersive design.

As Wynn Al Marjan Island prepares for its highly anticipated Spring 2027 debut, these first two restaurants set a benchmark for the resort’s dining landscape. By marrying world-class cuisine, iconic design, and theatrical presentation, the Alain Ducasse steakhouse and Delilah supper club exemplify the resort’s commitment to creating extraordinary experiences that engage all senses, promising guests a journey of culinary sophistication from the moment they arrive.
