In the heart of Dubai’s DIFC, Adaline is more than a restaurant—it’s an immersive stage where Italian culinary tradition meets modern-day refinement. Conceived by award-winning Chef Izu Ani and restaurateur Evgeny Kuzin under the banner of Fundamental Hospitality, the venue marries Old Hollywood glamour with the vibrant pulse of live music. Now, Adaline has unveiled 10 signature dishes that distill the spirit of Italy into an evening of elegance, indulgence, and sensory delight.

The journey begins with the Tartare di Tonno, where glistening Bluefin tuna meets a delicate tomato dressing, cucumber, and a crown of Oscietra caviar, served alongside crisp herb crostini. The Panzanella offers a taste of Tuscan summers, its heirloom tomatoes and marinated capsicum brightened by creamy ricotta mousse. Comfort takes centre stage with the Rigatoni alla Vodka, perfectly al dente pasta cloaked in a velvety tomato and cream sauce with just a whisper of chilli.

For a true showstopper, the ‘Adaline’ Crudo di Mare arrives in a cloud of mist, presenting a spread of oysters, langoustine, Mazara prawns, scallops, seabass carpaccio, yellowtail ceviche, and tuna tartare. Freshness continues in the Ricciola con Giardiniera, pairing buttery yellowtail with citrus dressing and pickled vegetables, while the Vitello Tonnato reimagines the Piedmont classic with tender veal, silky tuna sauce, and briny capers.

Rich indulgence comes in the Raviolini alla Bolognese, with spinach and ricotta pasta parcels nestled in slow-cooked Wagyu sauce. The Margherita pizza delivers rustic perfection—buffalo mozzarella, ripe tomato sauce, and fresh basil atop a crisp base. For dessert, the Tiramisù offers airy mascarpone cream and espresso-soaked savoiardi beneath an edible rose, while the Torta Limone dazzles with lemon curd, torched meringue, and a gilded flourish.

Beyond the food, Adaline’s atmosphere is an experience in itself. The interior, draped in velvet and accented with soft lighting, channels the sophistication of a 1940s supper club while maintaining the warmth of an intimate gathering. The live music program enhances the evening’s tempo, shifting from smooth jazz to lively classics, ensuring every course is accompanied by the perfect note.

It’s this interplay of sight, sound, and flavour that sets Adaline apart in Dubai’s competitive dining scene. Here, the meal is more than sustenance—it is a performance, a conversation between chef and guest, a sensory journey that lingers long after the final bite. For those seeking to indulge in Italian cuisine elevated to an art form, Adaline offers a stage where tradition meets timeless glamour.
