Located on the 51st floor of The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, Sushisamba offers a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine, culture and music. The menu is a mix of new and signature dishes, with an emphasis on piquant flavours, the finest ingredients, and artful presentations.
As the highest restaurant on Palm Jumeirah, the 12,000 sqft location offers unobstructed 360-degree views of the Palm Jumeirah coastline, the Arabian Gulf, Ain Dubai and the Dubai skyline through its floor-to-ceiling windows.
The enticing sharing-style menu promises delectable options such as the tantalizing Peruvian corn salad, the succulent Chilean Seabass Anticucho infused with miso and chives, Crispy Cassava, featuring tapioca root, sour cream, molho a campanha, and salsa verde.
Concluding the gastronomic journey with a choice of delights, including the Japanese Doughnut Andagi with dolce ganache, the Yuzu Cheesecake paired with matcha ice cream and velouté, or the delightful Samba Pops adorned with chicha morada sorbet, crispy raspberry, white chocolate, and lime.
